How do I get started with AGiRepair?
If you are interested in working with us, please create your school district or business account. From there, one of our dedicated Parts & Services Consultants will be in contact to further discuss our solutions and answer any questions you may have.
Repair Services Offered
What iPad models do you repair?
iPad 2, 3, 4 | iPad Mini, 2, 3, 4 | iPad Air, 2 | iPad Pro
What MacBook models do you repair?
MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Pro Retina
What iPad repairs do you offer?
Glass/digitizer, LCD, logic board, battery, charging port, headphone jack, Wi-Fi antenna, volume button, power/lock button, home button, speaker, camera, microphone, software restore, and reseat cables/buttons
What MacBook repairs do you offer?
Glass, LCD, logic board, topcase, bottom case, battery, SSD, fan, trackpad, etc.
MacBook Glass / LCD Repair Process
For Glass / LCD repair only, do I send in the entire laptop or just the display assembly?
Feel free to send in the entire laptop or just the display, either way is fine with us.
Can slightly bent corners and small dents be fixed on the MacBook display assembly?
We will attempt to bend back and/or dremel the case at no additional charge, but assemblies with severe damage cannot be repaired.
iPad Repair Process
Do I send the damaged iPad in as is?
Yes, please leave everything intact and we will dis-assemble upon arrival.
If the back case is slightly bent, can that be fixed?
We will attempt to bend back and/or dremel the case, but some severe damage won’t be repairable due to the digitizer not sitting flush during the repair.
If my iPad has a case, do I need to remove it before sending in the repair?
Either way is fine with us. If your iPad is part of an AGiProtect Plan, you must leave the iPad in the case at all times, including when the device is sent into us for repair.
Do I need to provide a passcode?
Yes, the passcode is needed to perform a full diagnostic and final QC to test full functionality of the repaired device.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping on repairs?
Yes, we offer free inbound and outbound ground shipping through FedEx on all repairs. You will also be able to print shipping labels directly from our website. Upgraded shipping options are also avaialble prior to checking out for an additional cost.
Do you provide shipping boxes to send in repairs?
Most of our customer have boxes on hand to send in their repairs. If you would like us to send some re-usable shipping boxes to help you get started, we would be happy to do so.
Can I send multiple repairs in one box?
Yes, we prefer you send multiple repairs in one box. Please be sure to package your devices safely.
Tracking Repairs
Do you have a system to track repairs from start to finish?
- Yes, our Order Manager Customer Portal provides the most up-to-date information regarding your device status. You can check when your device is awaiting receipt, received, in progress, completed, and check the tracking number once it ships. You will also receive email notifications when you submit a repair work order.
Will I receive a notification when my device has shipped?
Yes, you will receive a tracking confirmation email when your device has shipped.
Can I view all previous repair submissions?
Yes, our Order Manager Customer Portal keeps a history of all repairs and can be viewed at any time.
Turnaround Time
What is the standard turnaround time for repairs?
Repair turnaround time is 1-3 days from the time we receive your devices. Logic board repairs have a 5-10 day repair turnaround time.
Unrepairable Devices
Is there a fee for devices deemed unrepairable?
There is no fee for devices we deem unrepairable. We will notify you regarding the unrepairable device and send back to you free of charge, including free shipping.
Warranty
What is your warranty for repairs?
All repairs are backed by a 1 year warranty, excluding logic board repair. Logic board repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
For educational institutions and qualified customers, we accept purchase orders with net 30 days payment terms. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Where is AGiRepair located?
Our headquarters and main state-of-the-art repair facility is located in Greensburg, PA. We have additional locations in Dallas, TX; Hudson, WI; and a purchasing and testing facility in Shangai, China.
