What is the process to submit an AGiProtect covered repair?

AGiProtect repairs are submitted through AGi’s online work order system. Each AGiProtect covered device is tracked by its serial number. Users can check the warranty eligibility of their devices, print shipping labels, and track the status of the repairs from start to finish.

How many years can AGiProtect be purchased for?

AGiProtect can be purchased for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. Customized AGiProtect plans are available upon request.

What are the payment options for AGiProtect?

AGiProtect is now available for purchase through your preferred reseller and can be included in your equipment lease or as part of a separate lease purchase agreement with the leasing company of your choice.

Are AGiProtect plans insured?

All AGiProtect plans are fully insured and underwritten, providing you with complete peace of mind. Rest assured that your devices will be fully covered no matter what.

Can AGiProtect be customized?

What repairs are covered by AGiProtect?

AGiProtect covers all OEM warranty repairs throughout the first year as well as all accidental damage repairs through the chosen plan term with no deductible. This includes broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, camera, buttons, and many more!

AGiProtectPLUS includes the same coverage as AGiProtect with the addition of FULL OEM warranty coverage throughout your chosen term.

What is the turnaround time for covered repairs?

Repairs will be completed within 1 – 7 days of arrival at our repair facility.

What if a AGiProtect covered device is deemed unrepairable?

AGi will replace any device deemed unrepairable with a device of comparable specifications. The remaining time left on your plan will be transferred to the replacement device.

Is the device I submit for repair the same device that is returned?

Yes! The same device you submit for repair is the same device that is returned to you. Only in rare cases where a device is deemed non-repairable due to severe damage would a different device be provided as a replacement.
