What is the process to submit an AGiProtect covered repair?
AGiProtect repairs are submitted through AGi’s online work order system. Each covered device is tracked by its serial number. Users can check warranty eligibility, print shipping labels, and track the status of repairs from start to finish.
How many years can AGiProtect be purchased for?
AGiProtect can be purchased for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. Customized AGiProtect plans are available upon request.
Can AGiProtect cover a large corporate device fleet?
Yes. AGiProtect can be used to protect company-owned technology fleets and can be structured around your organization’s devices, deployment model, coverage requirements, and program term.

All AGiProtect plans are fully insured and underwritten, providing you with complete peace of mind. Rest assured that your devices will be fully covered no matter what.
Can AGiProtect be customized?
Yes. AGiProtect plans can be customized to meet your organization’s specific needs. Coverage terms, plan durations, and other program details can be tailored around your device fleet, budget, and support requirements.
What repairs are covered by AGiProtect?
AGiProtect covers OEM warranty repairs throughout the first year as well as accidental damage repairs through the selected plan term with no deductible. Coverage can include components such as screens, charging ports, speakers, cameras, buttons, and other covered components.
AGiProtect PLUS includes the same protection with extended OEM warranty coverage throughout the selected term.
What is the turnaround time for covered repairs?
Repairs will be completed within 1 – 7 days of arrival at our repair facility.
What happens if an AGiProtect-covered device is unrepairable?
AGi will replace a device deemed unrepairable with a device of comparable specifications. The remaining coverage period will transfer to the replacement device.
Will I receive the same device that I submitted for repair?
Yes. The same device submitted for repair is returned to the customer. Only in cases where severe damage makes the device non-repairable would a comparable replacement device be provided.
If a case is deemed defective, how do I receive a new one?
Case defects are covered by a manufacturer warranty, and will be replaced free of charge.
